The dual vocational training at WISKA offers you a varied and high-quality foundation for your future career. Our trainees learn to take responsibility at an early stage e.g. by organising the “Lange Nacht der Industrie" ("Long Night of Industries”).
Every year, WISKA offers various technical and business careers at its Kaltenkirchen location. Good performance is rewarded. Motivated trainees can therefore reduce the standard training period and expect an employment relationship upon completion of the programme.
Training takes place at the Kaltenkirchen location as well as in the relevant vocational schools. Training begins on 1 August of each year.
