Founded in Hamburg in 1919, WISKA develops and produces innovative products for customers worldwide. Over 250 employees work at two locations in Kaltenkirchen, Germay and over 340 worldwide.
Our cable glands are used around the globe and characterised by flexible applications in diverse areas of industry as well as highest quality standards. For the maritime industry, we are a supplier of lighting and electrical installation equipment. Every day again, our products prove their efficiency, even under the most adverse conditions. Our VARITAIN® range is one of the most innovative reefer container sockets worldwide. With our CCTV technology, WISKA sets worldwide standards in terms of video surveillance.
In order to deliver highest quality, we control every process of the entire supply chain ourselves. Research and development, material selection and purchasing, construction and manufacturing, testing and test methods, consulting, sales, marketing, logistics, after-sales service – everything is in our hands and is controlled by strict quality management.
Because of increasing demand, we are constantly expanding our production capacity. Our plant now consists of over 40 injection moulding machines.
Proximity to customers and on-site support are very important to us. A global network of representatives and subsidiaries in China, the UK, India, Paraguay, Spain, Brasil and South Korea are now part of the WISKA family.

Founded in 2019, WISKA do Brasil Eletrotécnica Ltda. is based in Boituva, in the state of São Paulo, Brazil's main industrial and economic hub. Its strategic location provides direct access to major OEM manufacturers, industrial facilities and key infrastructure projects across the country.
WISKA Brazil serves customers in the OEM machine manufacturing, maritime and electrical installation sectors, supplying products both directly and through selected partners. The subsidiary has established strong expertise in explosion-protected cable gland solutions and supports major projects in the Brazilian maritime industry.
